Service Agreement
When you purchase CAS BACnet Explorer you will receive updates to the application for one full year.
The CAS BACnet Explorer Service Agreement is a maintenance fee for additional years of updates.
For example: Purchase a license and no service agreement in Nov 2006 and get all upgrades until end of November 2007.
For example: Purchase a license and a one year agreement in Nov 2006 and you get all updates until Nov 2008. (1st year upgrades are free and 2nd year has been pre-purchased.)
USB-Protection-Key
Some customers want the convenience of sharing the product between various field support staff. Simply install the product on all the computers you need to use it on and move the USB-key from computer to computer.
You can also use the USB-key on a single computer if you find it more convenient than an activation key.
Payment Options
If you need to use another payment system such as ordering with a Purchase Order then you will need to contact us directly and that can only be done during normal business hours.
